What is your career highlight so far?

I’ve had so many amazing experiences in my career that I am extremely grateful for. It's really hard to say that just one was of them was “The Highlight.” Instead I would vote for a highlight reel. In that I would include…
WrestleMania 22 - Defeating Trish Stratus for my first ever Women's Championship. The storyline was so developed and an incredible play of emotions. The crowd was electrifying. Trish is amazing to be in the ring with. She taught me so much and everything was so brand new to me.
Lita’s Retirement Match - After really admiring and looking up to her for so long it was amazing to be in that match. She inspired a generation. And her being such a good friend and voice of reason for me it was an absolute honor to be the last person she faced in the ring
IMPACT Cage Match vs. Tara - My first cage match ever; the main event on the show. And the match was incredible. I would also include almost every match I had with Tara during that  entire story-line. We really took each other to the limit every time we went out there. She is one of the best women I have ever been in the ring with.
TNA Clockwork House Of Fun Match - Myself & Julio Dinero vs. Jeff Jarrett
Live Event non-televised match from Fairbanks, Alaska vs. Beth Phoenix
WSU vs. Mercedes Martinez - 16 min of serious wrestling and hard hitting action. She is amazing!
TLC vs. Michelle McCool for the Women's Championship - Michelle is an athlete. She was just as competitive as me and pushed herself and raised the bar every time she was in there as much as I do. We always tried to steal the show and best ourselves. Granted our story-line was very controversial. It got people talking, feeling, and emotionally involved which is a hard thing to do in this day and age.

When you first joined TNA, who were the ones to make you feel at home and like you belong in TNA?

I’d say the very first person to do that would be Dixie. She is one of the kindest people I know. And I don’t say that to kiss ass because I don’t need to. She genuinely cares about her people, first and foremost. It makes me smile when I see her pull a talent aside to just chat and check in with them. It's very humbling. Tara and I were friends before so she really went out of her way to make sure I settled in ok. It was comforting to have Winter there as well. The person I miss the most is Cookie. She would always make me laugh and really lighten the mood. It's funny because I had worked with most everyone on the roster with the exception of a handful at some point in my career. So I felt at home rather quickly. Besides I’m the type of person who what you see is what you get! *Like It or Learn To Love It!* And I try to like or at least get along with everyone.

Who is your dream match?

The one person I always dreamed of wrestling and never had the chance to would have been my childhood female wrestling idol Sensational Sherri.
Being a female wrestler it's hard to get technical recognition. What kind of fitness regime do you have?

I do a bit of different stuff to keep my body in the best shape possible. Right now I do a lot of endurance exercises and total body workouts. I love to kick box and spar, I do some kettle bell and core routines, I also really enjoy yoga a lot. It’s like magic to your mind, body, and soul. I especially swear by it for everyone in our industry. We put so much wear and tear on out bodies, stresses, constantly knocking everything out of alignment that we truly need to do it. I’ve also started doing a push/pull split in the gym when I’m weight training. It's where you do all the muscles one day, and pull muscles the next day.  It's fun to switch up your workouts to keep challenging yourself. When you're mentally bored with your workout you can be sure your body is too. I’ll take my dogs for a run or rollerblading somedays. And then some days I’ll just go to the farm. There’s a lot of hard work to be had there but worth it all when I go for a ride. But I also believe the first step as well as the most challenging for many people is eating right. Clean and healthy... Don’t get me wrong. I love food as much as the next person. But I try to eat fresh foods, locally grown fruits and vegetables, whole grains. I try to cook my own meals as much as possible so I know what exactly is going in my body. I also try to be conscious of that when I’m on the road as well. That's where I think its the hardest for anyone. But there are healthy options available anywhere you go. It just may not be what you want.

What is your favorite costume or ring ware is your favorite and what do you like about being you?

Wow! Well I love what I wear now on TV. I think it’s fun, simple and sexy! It’s me, and no one wears anything like it. I also love when I got to wear my Indian attire to pay homage to my heritage on TV. I made the white rabbit fur one for the Halloween contest but the drum was my Grandmothers. It was made by her brother, my Great Uncle, who was also the medicine man of our tribe. His wife has painted the Sacred White Buffalo on the front of it. Then at the TNA Genesis PPV Jolene and I designed it together to make a modern Indian Warrior Princess. She really did a fantastic job and does most my stuff for TV now. I’d also have to say I am still a massive fan of the Bell Bottoms. They were a ton of fun and the outfits were fun to design. Terry was making all my ring gear at that time.  We would come up with a lot of fun stuff. I loved everything she made for me. I felt like a super hero every night.
